We want you to love your Soft Press Studio purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on stationery, stickers, bookmarks, prints, postcards, or digital downloads.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your cart and shipping address before completing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out through our Contact page with your order number and photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads (including Notion planners, e-books, and printable goods) are final sale and non-refundable. If you experience any issues accessing your files after purchase, please contact us and we'll send them directly.
