Shipping

We ship all orders from Toronto, Canada. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy seasons such as holidays or shop updates, processing may take a little longer, and we'll always note any delays on the site.

Shipping Options

• Untracked Lettermail — Free
  Available for smaller orders such as stickers, postcards, and bookmarks. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days within Canada and 1–4 weeks internationally.
• Tracked Shipping — $4.99
  Recommended for larger orders or if you'd like a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–14 business days internationally.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free tracked shipping on Canadian orders over $50 before tax and after discounts. The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

International Orders

We ship worldwide! Please note that international delivery times can vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, once a package leaves our studio we rely on postal services to complete delivery. Untracked orders are not eligible for replacement or refund due to postal delays or loss. If your tracked package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out and we'll help look into it.
